Do you know your Miso from your Maki, your Ramen from your Dumplings? Do you want to learn about home-cooked Japanese food?

The hospitality Department at Orkney College UHI is hoping to partner up with Sakura Kitchen to offer a variety of Japanese Cooking classes from September onwards. Whether it’s a one-off or a series of master classes, there will be something for everyone. We accept ages 15 years and up when accompanied by an adult.  

Learn the art & skills of Japanese cooking in a truly authentic experience with Kenako herself!
